Nikamo is free and Open Source Language Teaching Software currently being developed for the Cree language. It can also be easily adapted to other languages. If you would like to see Nikamo in your language, feel free to let me know.

Version 2009-07-07 has been released

A new version 2009-07-07 has now been released. This fixes a bug in the previous Windows version. You may download it from the download page.

Also, since I recently moved to Saskatoon, I have not found anyone willing to help with voice clips or artwork. So for now the project will likely be at a standstill.

New Graphical Menu

Nikamo Version 2009-01-02 has been released. This is the first version that displays a more graphical menu system. The older versions of Nikamo only had text-based menus. New versions will continue to be released so check out the download page for the latest version.
